Spaghetti Dinner/Science Night

Tuesday, April 23rd at 5-7:30pm.   Join us for a dinner with salad, bread and spaghetti by Avanti’s restaurant in the parish hall.  The 7th grade will be having a bake sale in the parish hall for a special treat after your meal.

Usborne books with Michelle Koetters will be in the music room featuring some great science books and will have teacher wish lists available.  Facebook link:

You won’t want to miss the science night as the children will learn how ice and salt react, and make their own ice cream in the Art Room.  The small gym will be the place to discover the differences between oil and water, where students will be able to create a lava lamp.   Then at 6:30, Dr. Jay Ansher from ISU physics department will be speaking about “Physics on the Road.”  He will have some amazing sound and waves demonstrations and will also have some hands-on projects for the students to participate in.

Tickets for the spaghetti dinner can be purchased in the parish office or parish hall.  Tickets purchases before April 16th are $7/Adult and $5/Child.  Tickets prices will go up $1 after April 16th.

We hope you can enjoy a fun night at the annual Epiphany Spaghetti Dinner and Science Night.
